You may have noticed a little bit of Puppy-Spam lately via my Instagram account. If not, you can check it out here – This is my new Fur Baby. His name is Dodger and he recently turned 2! (not really a puppy, but he’s my baby – so let’s just roll with it).
This is my Fur Baby, Dodger – You can follow him on Instagram at @d_is_for_dodger
Now, since I don’t really need an excuse to throw a party, then Dodger having a Birthday is a damn good reason to throw some confetti around. I only found out this week that his Birthday was on the 4th of September (Fathers Day) and we missed it so I’ve decided to throw together a little belated birthday party at the park for him with some of his little Doggie friends.
Naturally, every good party starts with Printables. I created an exclusive range just for Dodger, but then I thought that other crazy-dog-people might also like to throw a mini party for their Fur Baby (ies) too. So created a ridiculously cute Puppy-Party Range. So far the range includes the following Dog Breeds:
- Boston Terrier
- Bull Terrier
- King Charles Cavalier
- Sausage Dog/Doxie/Dachshund (in 2 colors)
- French Bulldog (My absolute dream dog, but since they are more expensive than most small cars… I don’t have one)
- Scottie Dog
Each Downloadable PDF includes the following with easy to follow instructions:
- Cupcake Toppers
- Straw Embellishments
- Treat Tags
- Goodie Bag Tags
Obviously, since these are aimed at Dogs, you won’t be needing an entire Candy or Dessert Buffet, unless you want the party to end in tears and a mountain of fur and dog-slobber. So just the necessities are included.
First things, first. All the Westie lovers can get their Printable by clicking on the following pic. Everyone else head over to the shop.
All the Printables available via the Live.Create.Party shop are simple and easy to use and include all the instructions you will need. Now that you have your Printed Party Pack – gather everything you will need including. Scissors, hot Glue Gun, Hole Punch, String/Ribbon (I’ve used colored baker-twine), Paper Straws and Tooth-Picks. Check out the Westie Party Pack that I assembled below:
Don’t forget to include treats for the 4-legged guests by tying doggie-buscuits together using twine and attaching a ‘Puppy Treat’ tag.
Remember, if you want a custom colored Puppy Party Pack for no extra charge, you can email me at firstname.lastname@example.org – just remember to email me BEFORE you purchase. Requests for different dog breeds are also welcome.
As usual, it’s good to share. So make sure you hashtag your Puppy-Party using #livecreateparty
What kind of Dog do you have? I’d love to see photos.
